This trophy was donated by Sharon Kinney in the honor of our past president, Esther Bliss Knapp. The proposal for this trophy was sent to the Board in 2001. The proposal was accepted, funds were raised and the trophy was first offered at the 2003 SCOA National

The trophy is to be awarded by the national judge to the BEST Bred-By Exhibitor saluki exhibited at the national. The trophy is to remain in possession of SCOA. The winner may receive memento photograph of the trophy. The trophy cannot be won outright by any exhibitor.

Monies were soliticited from saluki owners to purchase this trophy. The trophy contains Esther Bliss Knapp memorabilia mounted on 3 wooden bases. All donator’s names appear on the middle wooden base. The bottom base will contain plaques to engrave the winning dog’s name, breeders and date.
