Rooms are $84.00 per night, not including taxes.  These rates will be available two days pre and post National based on hotel availability.  All sleeping rooms are subject to applicable local taxes at the time of arrival.  Currently, Kentucky sales tax is 6% plus 7.42% occupancy tax per night.  Tax rate is subject to change

A $50.00 cleaning fee will be assessed at check-in to each guest room occupied with a pet.  Housekeeping reserves the right to refuse service if pet is left unattended in guest room.  Fee is subject to change.

Hotel check in time is after 4:00pm and check out time is prior to 12:00noon.  They will make every effort to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check out, however they cannot guarantee being able to do so.

Reservations must be received prior to 05-11-2009.  Reservations made after 05-11-2009 will be subject to the prevailing hotel rates at the time of the request and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

 

Each individual guest must make their own reservation by calling 859-233-0512.  When the guest calls, they must identify themselves as being with the Saluki Club of America.  If you would like to e-mail your reservation request, you may do so by sending your arrival date, departure date, guarantee credit card and note that you are with the Saluki Club of America room block to: jeff.gunston@ihg.com.

Campsites are available 5/31 thru 6/7/2009

Camping Reservation can be made after January 15th, 2009. Due to construction, delays and 4 site changes, our campsites are in SECTION C.

This is a section we have never been in so please bear with us and ENJOY!  Next year we should be back to our regular section.  To make your SCOA National camping reservations call the Kentucky Horse park at 1-859-259-4257 and ask for Christy.  She is the camping Manager and knows our site.  Camping fees are $24.30 per night and show ground primitive is $18.00.  Primitive sites must pay at the office for a receipt for your window.  Vehicles with a receipt will be asked to leave the showgrounds primitive area.
