PRE FORMATTED ADS: Whenever possible, please have ads formatted so that any images fit within the 4-1/2” x 7-3/8” copy area. Keep in mind, the quality of the photo reproduction will depend on the quality of the original artwork submitted. For example, computer generated photographs do not reproduce well. For the best results, send black and white or color glossy photographs (original photo). Any other photograph cannot be guaranteed and may reproduce a questionable quality picture.

Print plainly or typewrite all ad copy to avoid typographical errors.

CD’s will be accepted: please also send a hard copy of your ad along with the CD.
